The Premier Commercial Real Estate Awards in the Cape Fear Region
Cape Fear CREW is pleased to announce the 8th Annual Awards of Excellence on March 19, 2026 at the Wilmington Convention Center. We are now accepting nominations in the awards categories listed below. The awards, which focus on the rapidly growing Cape Fear Region commercial real estate sector, recognize excellence and leadership in commercial real estate.
Cape Fear CREW welcomes submissions and nominations from the public and Cape Fear CREW members, along with their companies, business colleagues, and partners. Nominating is free and the deadline to submit is October 31, 2025.
Projects/Initiatives need to have achieved Certificate of Occupancy or substantial completion between January 1, 2024, and October 31, 2025, to be eligible for submission and must be located in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Onslow, Duplin, Sampson, Columbus or Bladen counties.

Global CREW Network Awards
Through its recognition programs, including Impact Awards, CREW Catalyst Awards, Distinguished Leaders and Circle of Excellence, CREW Network is a leader in recognizing outstanding women and professionals in commercial real estate globally. CREW members are encouraged to nominate individuals for these industry-wide awards annually between mid-February and mid-April.
